This section is aimed at young people. Our online interactive activities allow you to access Future Quest when and where you want to.

These two activities revolve around understanding and managing stress. We'll give you a ton of tips on how to manage your stress with various coping methods, as well as give you a more in depth understanding of what stress is and how it can affect your body.

Together, with Bristol and South Gloucestershire Children's Uni, we have created a workbook for year 6 students to complete. There are lots of different interesting and fun activities for students to complete which will help support their transition into secondary school.
