WHAT IS CONFIDENCE?
Confidence is about feeling sure of yourself, your skills and your abilities. Not in an arrogant way, but in a realistic, secure, and content way. Confidence isn't about feeling superior to others. It's that inner knowledge that you're capable. Confidence can help you succeed in many areas of life, from personal to professional. It can help you make decisions based on what you want or need and not just what you’re told. It can encourage you to take opportunities, help others and push yourself to try new things. A lack of confidence can often hold you back or stop you from doing things, even if you really want to.
There are many ways people can show their confidence. What personality traits do you think confident people tend to have?

Confidence is a skill
It’s important to keep in mind that everyone, at some point, has lacked confidence. No one is born confident, no matter how much it may look that way from the outside. If you have ever looked at someone and thought, ‘I wish I was as confident as them’, the simple truth is, you can be. Confidence is a skill, and, like with any skill, it requires practice and patience. No one becomes confident overnight, it takes time.
